I was impressed with the work of Keatons photographers, and that my house was Featured Property on Rightmove for a week, and other sites. This promotion led to a viewing day last Saturday totalling 12 viewings. The viewings were led by Billy Cooper of the Stratford Branch, who was able to generate enough interest that by the following Monday I had two offers higher than the asking price which he negotiated further. Its impressive that I did not have to carry out another viewing day and that the offers were over the asking price. Well done Billy Cooper and the Keatons team!

When I bought the property through Keaton's in 2017, they had failed to have the contract sorted with the tenants and the owners (they were friends). Agreed sale in April, moved in 1 day before December because of this.

As a first-time buyer, the process of viewing, making an offer and buying a place was a little bit daunting.Billy, from the Stratford branch, was the person that showed me the properties I was interested in and helped me through the process of putting in a successful offer. It has been a year since moved into a rental property managed by Keatons and so far I have always had a had a dedicated property manager providing excellent service. As of recently, Laura took over as my property manager and I am pleased to say that she has been very helpful and dedicated in solving an issue with a piece of furniture in the property with the help of a very understanding landlord.
