Johns&Co has definitely went above and beyond when it comes to helping me find my ideal apartment in London. In particular I give my thanks to Timi, Helena & Andrew - who were assigned and managed my tenancy application. They: 1. Were extremely helpful and responsive (via email / whatsapp) and answered all my enquiries 2. Were extremely understanding to my circumstances as I was at a situation that I could not physically visit the apartment / had no one on my behalf to visit the apartment as I was still abroad 3. Were extremely patient with me as this is my first time renting in London and were transparent and knowledgeable of the whole renting process. 4. Were extremely helpful when it comes to communicating with all billing agencies (e.g. Thames Water, British Gas, etc.) and enabled a smooth and seamless tenancy and move-in transition I have also contacted other property agents in London - none of which were on par with the services that Johns&Co provided. Arnaldo Bolivar was the estate agent who made time on a Sunday to show me properties and knew a lot about the area, even though he wasn't located in the Royal Wharf office. Amy Wood remained a very reliable contact from start to finish if there was any paperwork to be completed or advice to be heard.
