I've recently completed a property purchase through Johns & Co, and I couldn't not be any more dissatisfied from the lack or responsibility and management from this particular office. Three months in the process and DAYS before the final papers I was told from my lawyers that they found out the apartment I was marketed and shown in the papers was not the same I was buying. Extremely unprofessional, even braking the contact of their side by delivering a really dirty property with missing keys which was both requirements had to be completed prior moving in and I had to pay extra to fix myself. Apart from the distress I received no apology for the countless mistakes during the process. When there will be any future investments or simply selling, we will ensure to not use their service again.

Property experts who get the job done

Johns&Co, and in particular Elliott Ford, made the sale process of my property as seamless and transparent as possible. Not only do they clearly know the property market, but they were able to find suitable buyers before we had even listed the property. Elliott also went above and beyond, constantly chasing solicitors on both sides and ensuring a quick, pragmatic resolution to issues as we went along. Would definitely use again!

I am new to London and so it took a while to get used to how rental agencies work here. After encountering several agencies, it was a pleasure to meet Johns&Co Royal Wharf and their high standards of professionalism. Marwa Fakih and Amy Wood were the staff members that helped me find my flat and they were a pleasure to work with. Amy showed me a few properties and quickly understood what I was looking for. It wasn't long after that before she located the ideal property for me. Marwa helped with all the admin (there is a lot of admin involved) and kept me updated throughout. Both were very responsive to their emails, and in person they were friendly and polite too. Thanks both for all your help I'm very happy with my property. I highly recommend this rental agency for those looking for a property in the Royal Wharf area.

Savannah, the agent at Wapping branch, was fantastic. She helped navigate the outgoing tenant, landlord and incoming tenant quickly and with grace and ease.
