I moved in to my new apartment recently and thanks to the great team from Johns&Co. Bethel Gamma is super nice and polite and help me with all the issues I have when moving in. He responded really promptly and ensure everything works for me. Destini-Rikki also assisted throughout the process, I always got a response back within a few hours, and helped connect me with the right people to solve out the problem promptly. Liam Alwar- the property manager also helped me a lot throughout the process. There's an old mattress when I moved in, and he helped me communicate with the landlord and agreed on changing a new one for me. I'm really glad I found my optimal flat in London, and with tons of help from Johns&Co make it easy for me.

My experience with John & Co was great! Bethel Gamma and her team have worked hard and carefully to ensure that the contracts have been executed perfectly for several years in a row, and that any problems encountered during the execution of the contract have been followed up and resolved in a timely and efficient manner. The rent was collected on time and the new contract has been renewed. I don't live in London and I feel very satisfied entrusting my flat to John & Co.

From the start to the finish, Richard Davies (Johns&Co) has been standing heads & shoulders above everyone in the entire transaction chain - including the solicitors (builders & ours). If it weren't for Richard, I'm pretty certain we'd have walked away from the sale.Richard kept us informed and updated us at the start and end of each day (and in-between as needed) of the progress, chase-ups, responses, etc. He chased the sellers' solicitors incessantly to get the reassignment done, and then the builders' solicitors to get the completion done.He gave the transaction 1000%, when compared to everyone else involved. No matter what we do, we simply won't be able to thank him enough. GoogleI would strongly urge anyone considering selling, buying, or renting a property to avoid using Johns&Co Royal Docks (which is shockingly their flagship office). Based on my experience, I would not recommend or trust them with my property related requirements again. There appeared to be a significant lack of management, accountability, and responsibility within this particular office, which always felt cold and unwelcoming from the moment you entered. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. Their service was unprofessional, their approach was amateurish, and their level of communication and commitment was virtually non-existent, especially once they had secured my sales listing. I found their agents to be misleading, unresponsive, and lacking in the professionalism required for such an transaction. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that their fees and commission rates are among the highest in the area, yet the service provided does not come close to justifying the cost. Instead of delivering results, they leave customers with empty promises, frustration, disappointment, and wasted time. I deeply regret trusting this company with the sale of my property. It was a costly mistake that I will never repeat, and I strongly urge others to think carefully before placing their trust in them.

GoogleMy experience with Johns & Co started positively, with a helpful and responsive onboarding process. Unfortunately, once I had moved in, the level of service declined significantly. When issues arose with our post box keys, communication was poor, with emails often going unanswered for days. We were told to purchase replacement keys ourselves, only to find they had not been cut and there was no spare key available to copy from. I spent a considerable amount of time chasing for updates and support. The most frustrating issue came at the end of my tenancy. A stain on the floor had been clearly documented by me in the check-in inventory, yet I was unfairly blamed for it during check-out. The agent handling the matter was rude and dismissive. After providing my evidence directly to the landlord, they confirmed the stain was present before my tenancy and was the responsibility of Johns & Co's cleaning team. A disappointing experience overall due to poor/rude communication, lack of support, and an unwillingness to take responsibility when issues arose.

I so far am happy to engage Johns&Co in handling my property from procuring and letting it out with minimum void time. The rent secured is reasonably good and the staff are friendly and efficient. Landlord's interest is given a thought such as the provision of the Client Money Protection Certificate which I was not aware at all previously. Staff/Client interaction is speedy with result. Amongst them Bethel Gamma is touching base with me more often and I do feel good with the assistance rendered so far.
