GoogleUsed Johns & Co for selling my flat in E16, they organised quite a large number of viewings in a short space of time and helped guide the sale through to completion. Max handled my sale, I felt like he was always on top of things and helped keep things on track!

GoogleI have had a few issues since moving in and thankfully the efforts of the staff at Johns & Co have resulted in fully satisfactory conclusions. Up against some, frankly, frustrating and infuriating issues, they have kept me completely up to date and ensured my patience. Pavel Teixeira and Fern Crawley have been superb.

GoogleAvoid at ALL COST. Tried to charge us 6k (our deposit was 3k) and horrendous communication and any respect to the tenants. As a tenant, avoid at all cost.

Currently looking for a flat in embassy gardens where most of the flats are with these guys but the people who work there are so arrogant! A flat i was really interested in, they said they would arrange a viewing and then nothing, don't even bother replying back half the time. This has happened to me more than once with these guys. That's why estate agents get a bad name due to this kind of behaviour!
