Being a landlord can be stressful, but JOHNS&Co makes it easier and a happy experience, especially with Bethel. She is a professional and kind helper who makes the whole process smooth. JOHNS &CO team is working hard to find the right tenants for me. I really appreciate the help they gave.

GoogleAwful service when moving out, clearly don’t care about tenants just making their commission. Anthony in particular was very pushy, constant emails asking for the new tenants to come in and take measurements etc, and taking pictures of the flat without my consent. Made moving out a nightmare, doing everything they can to scam me out of my deposit. Was charged a cleaning fee £270 despite the only cleaning in my check out report being some dust - but funnily enough the invoice provided was stamped Johns and Co. I’d like to know who’s dusting 3 cabinets for £270 an hour! Money, money, money, but what else would you expect.

GoogleWhile looking for a flat to rent, Amy Wood from Johns and Co was exceptional! She went above and beyond and ensure we found our ideal property. We had a few criteria we were looking for in our new property and she met them all! She was clear, polite and professional. She was always prompt to respond to any queries we had and ensured that even after finding our property, the contract signing and our move into the new property was smooth. She was clearly looking out for our best interest which is what it’s all about! GoogleI have been associated to John&Co from the last year and I am pleased with the service. Amy wood was amazing when she helped us though the lettings. Very responsive and warm. Super smooth process! Jack Lippard helped us through purchasing our own flat and I must say he is one of the most patient and professional person I have met till date. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have what you need. Very responsive and on top of things. He ensures that you are content with the purchase and helps coordinate through solicitors, lender and what not. Amy and Jack, I loved working with you both and wish you all the luck.
