We had a really good experience with John's & Co Royal Wharf throughout our tenancy. Due to outside factors, our initial renting was really rushed, and they were really accommodating.They dealt with maintenance issues in a good timeline.When we had to deal with building management through them, they were firmly on our side.They were also very reasonable during negotiating a new contract.If you are looking to rent in E16, they are really quite good.

GoogleNot the greatest agency to deal with. Do not move to Royal Wharf. Johns&Co are renting out parking spaces at unjustified rates. The parking is underground and it's supposed to be secured. Yet, I have found my car severely and purposely damaged, apparently by an intoxicated resident of the area. Johns&Co response to the incident was very inconsiderate. All they care about is to rip off your pockets and offering no value in return for your purchase from them, as well as an arrogant attitude. I feel unsafe, I'm living in fear that anything bad can happen to me or to my vehicle in the car parking I'm paying for and if I knew that anything like it would ever happen to me in an area where I thought I was safe I would have never renewed my stay here with a company that wouldn't even acknowledge such a terrible event.

They did a terrible job inventorying the flat after I vacated and tried to charge me hundreds of pounds for damage that they themselves documented in the move-in inventory. I vacated the flat nearly two months ago and have still not received my deposit, so I've had to file a dispute claim with TDS. I would never rent another flat managed by Johns&Co
