GoogleJohns and Co have been amazing in helping my partner and I find our new apartment. I cannot thank Anthony Otigbah enough for everything he has done for us. I really appreciated his informative tour around the whole Royal Wharf area during my viewing (not just showing me the flat like other estate agents) and for then being so invested in helping us secure a property - he fully supported us throughout all the offer process and genuinely cared about helping us. I would also like to thank Marwa Fakih as well - she has been so lovely in all my dealings with her and is incredibly responsive to any questions I’ve had. Overall, I think that they are a very professional and welcoming estate agents who I cannot recommend enough!

Unfortunately very bad experience in check in and check out process with them. They clearly hide the fact that the apartment has a problem with reception. After checkout they very late with providing access for car park, which resulted for additional charges for me. During the checkout period, they wanted to charge for mattess stain which we never done and there were no picture of the bottom of matress with stain, only top of it.
