I had great experience right from the start with the viewing and all the formalities for the offer to be made. Amber Wong help us through this process and it was seamless and stress free. Post the offer being accepted, Marwa Fakih help us set up the tenancy and all our questions were promptly answered and all the information was provided without any ambiguity. My move to my new property has been stress free, thanks to both.

Marwa and Anthony especially were the ones taking care of our file and were both very dedicated from the start until today. Anthony and Marwa are very responsive, available and straight to the point. The quality of service is top-notch thanks to them. The admin part which is usually the most annoying process went smoothly thanks to Marwa who was very quick and effective and always willing to help sorting out potential issues. Anthony was there from the start until today and what strike us the most is the effort and dedication that he and Marwa put in their clients. Thank you both for the top service!

GoogleI have rented at Royal Wharf with the help of Anthony and Marwa from Johns&Co. Anthony was great with helping with finding the most optimal option for my needs, and would go an extra mile to ensure I have a smooth experience while looking for and securing the property. He is a great agent, genuinely cares for the clients :) As offer was accepted, Marwa was a great help with helping me getting everything set up, would always be prompt on responses whenever I needed help. Overall, it was a very smooth and stress free experience thanks to them!
