Ian came over to value and was spot on with where things ended up happening, which was no surprise given they are the only agent who have sold houses in Stratford for a while. Viewings were done smoothly with excellent communication and updates from Ellie/Vasco/Scott etc. and then post offer communications equally strong. Special thank you for Ian for managing a particular challenging situation with a chain and nailing the outcome.

I can not stress enough how happy I am with their service I received while renting a property through Bairstow Eves Letting. Everything was smooth and professional. Would like to say a massive thank you to Karl Taylor and Akim Belonogins. Karl Taylor - The Best Estate Agent in Stratford! He was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly.He helped us find the ideal property at really short notice. Really apprecieate all the hard work and dedication in negotiating my flat rental agreement!And whenever we have an issue, he gets whatever is needed sorted very quick. Akim Belonogins was absolutely amazing in making my move as stress free as possible. I have never received a worse service. Lies on top of lies. Living without a washing machine since November and nobody seems to care. We’re just being lied and every time the date for the delivery of a washing machine comes, they come up with something new to make up for not having received it. Nobody should go through this and public should know things like this before choosing to move it in a property managed by them. Essential things broke down and not even the branch manager is replying to your emails. There is just nothing you can do! Nobody deserves this. Definitely be mindful about Baistow eves in Stratford!!! Bad bad bad service.

Would highly reccomend the team here at Stratford and massive thanks to Scott. During the process of buying our first property, Scott listened to exactly what we wanted and our budget and when a property came up that he knew would be perfect for us he called me straight away.
