GoogleOn phoning the office the response was quick, friendly and professional and a house viewing was swiftly arranged. The valuation given was a no nonsense very realistic figure and Adam took time to explain many other details. AVOID THESE LYING UNPROFESSIONAL THEIVES. They misinform you and SET YOU UP to LOSE ALL YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY. They took photographs at the inventory and LIED about them when leaving the tenancy. THEY FIDDLED THE DATE AND TIME STAMP showing faults that WERE NOT THERE on the inventory because they SET US UP to keep the deposit.They are aggressive,rude,MARC FOX IS A BULLY AND SEXIST CHAUVIST. The codes in the car park and door codes HAVE NOT BEEN CHANGED IN OVER 6 YEARS. SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS ON THE DOCKS DO NOT WORK SO BIKES, CARS and MOTORBIKES are BEING STOLEN OFTEN. Yet NAYLOR POWELL DO NOT CARE THEY DO NOTHING. THIEVES AND DRUG DEALERS FREQUENT AREA BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW USELESS NAYLOR POWELL ARE. They are by far THE WORST COMPANY EVER - AVOID AT ALL COSTS>YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

GoogleCancelled a viewing 3 hours before the viewing after we travelled 4 hours from London, we even called the night before and the morning of the viewing to confirm, hundreds wasted on petrol and hotel. Avoid!!

GoogleNo communication what so ever. Could have had the queen view my house and I wouldn’t have known. Got no feedback until I chased them for it. Much better estate agents out there who charge a lot less commission
