GoogleCan't rate these high enough. They put my property on the market on Thursday evening & it was sold by Monday. First class work from the whole team.

I can only comment on myself experience as renting, and my partner used Northwood. The administration was transparent enough. Using estate agents, they normally follow the same process but I found northwood perhaps the better to get the tenancy drawn up. I wasn't waiting long after checks, and my partner had the same experience.

TrustpilotNorthwood rent out your property to anyone
NORTHWOOD rented out my property to a family that recked my property, it cost me nearly £10,000 to put the property back in a rentable condition. Be very careful
