Warning they are rude

Fellow landlords I just want to warn you about these cowboys they are useless.Need to contact them by email and guess what no response try and call them and get a rude member of staff who won’t let you speak to who you want to and Promise a call back that never comes.Honestly do not bother with these they are useless

RACIST !!! They discriminates people from other countries.

Northwood are RACIST !!! They illegally discriminates foreigners. When I sent them an email explained I am Polish they answered the house is not available anymore but when friend of mine called them day after without nationality explained they said the house is available. I am considering legal action against them via The Equality Act 2010.

Shady underhanded practices

I would give these clowns 0 stars if I could,they don't even deserve 1. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet. Terrible customer service and underhanded shady practices. Avoid this company like the plague. Bunch of cowboys!If you are selling your house, avoid! If you see a house to buy from them absolutely avoid!

Every member of staff I dealt with in the Wigan branch was the most unhelpful and unfriendly person I had to deal with during the house buying process.Apart from Pam, who jumped in at the very end, she was nice.Otherwise generally unresponsive, poor communication and miserable sounding.Would not like to deal with this company again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

As a result of the complete negligence from the Northwood Reading branch, our sale took 6 months to go from accepted offer to completed! When we quoted the estate agents' own words back to them which proved they were lying, we had an extremely nasty response from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Asked me for a guarentor because I claim benefits which I can't provide and which is a ridiculous difficult request, but I'm sure they know that and thats why they ask. So in short they are bigoted and discriminate against people on benefits. How lovely
