Absolutely terrible customer service. Staff don’t take anything seriously and holding fee lost due to misinformation of moving in process. Very poor agency, highly unprofessional.

As mentioned at the time, it is policy that if any of the information provided to Living Spaces at the time of reserving a property is incorrect, which results in a failure of referencing, that this fee becomes non-refundable. Rented my property with Living Spaces for about 10 years now. Never had any problems; they have always been quick to resolve tenant issues, answer my queries and when necessary find new tenants. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone seeking a trouble free rental experience and complete peace of mind.

Just checked in today with living spaces. I would say the service is definitely professional. Oliver who showed us the home is absolutely friendly and professional. Showed us everything with patience, most importantly we love the flat! Reserved immediately. Highly recommended the service here:)

Emailed last week about one of their rental properties, no contact from this agency, called up yesterday was told I would get a call back, no call from them, called again today and was informed the property was now let. AVOID!
