From beginning to end the sale of our property was handled professionaly and seamlessly, from the initial valuation by Helen to arranging viewings and negotiating with prospective buyers by Lorraine Robinson, as we were going away on holiday it was all left in their capable hands.

Abysmal estate agent I actually removed them due to the incompetence of the long Benton branch I took them to the ombudsman who are actually paid by estate agents so is a waste of time , anyway I paid twice , as soon as I moved estate agents my home sold in 5 days , everyone has there own opinions but the consistent bad reviews show them for who they are lessons learnt

Whilst in our contract, we did find a buyer for you who unfortunately decided not to proceed. We tried to help and actioned all your requests, however, you decided against our advice to use another agent whilst in our contract period. In line with our complaints procedure, the matter has been fully and properly investigated by the Property Ombudsman who found that we had acted appropriately and were not at fault. Clients can rest assured that we are a reputable and helpful estate agent.

GoogleI have dealt with Karen and her team twice last year to sell my mother in laws house and our own home. On both occasions I found Karen extremely helpful, professional and very pleasant to deal with at all times. I would certainly have no hesitation in using them again. 5 Stars from me.

GoogleA property we were supposed to move into fell through. We had driven 4.5 hours just for this property. Ashleigh was so helpful going over and above to assist us identify another property. Ashleigh and Joanne reassured us and made it possible for us to identify another property that had just come in the market. In just over a week we moved into the property without hassles. Really appreciated the service delivered . I would recommend this team to anyone and everyone. Thank you Ashleigh and Joanne.

GoogleJan Forster Estates at Heaton is a wonderful branch. The agents make you feel at ease and are very friendly and helpful. They talk you through each detail and nothing is a bother. I was selling my mothers home after her passing and it couldnt of gone any better. Thank you to all staff you are all amazing. Would highley reccomend.

GoogleAmazing Amazing Amazing!!!! i purchased a property through this estate agents and My Solicitor and the Sellers Solicitor where dragging their heels. i contacted the estate agent and was very lucky Ashleigh was handling this. She has become my source of truth and my champion who fights in my corner. i was on a tight timescale to move out my old property and Ashleigh has fought every step of the way to get and pass on information to get this through as quickly as possible. I cant recommend these highly enough and especially Ashleigh (Thank You Ashleigh)

Would honestly give them zero stars if I could.Not sure where to start. Probably the worst letting agency I have dealt with.For a start we were left without hot water for 6 days. Kept getting told the engineers were busy. Even though the law is to not be left longer than 24 hours.Barely respond to maintenance reports unless you constantly go on at them. They never get anything fixed. There was a window that needed fixed that never got sorted. The bath was leaking water from the overflow and it took 3 engineers to fix it… Not really sure why it was such an issue.They just don’t seem to care at all.Now that I’ve moved out. It’s been well over the time for them to get my deposit back and I still haven’t heard from them. Even after asking multiple times.I have been told I would get that information yesterday. But don’t be daft, of course I haven’t.So I’m having to take this further.Honestly don’t know how they are still functioning as a company.AWFUL. Avoid if you want to rent somewhere stress free.

GoogleJan Forster were so helpful and the whole process has been so smooth and easy for us from start to finish! Valuation was carried out in line with Covid guidelines so we felt safe and totally comfortable which was great. This is our first time selling a property and honestly I don't think the process could have been better - we've been dealing with other estate agents for buying and can say that Jan Forster by far are the best at communicating and keeping us up to date, thank you!

A special mention must go to Lauren Vinton, our Branch Manager, who is a complete star. Our purchase was complicated by lockdown measures, making things even more stressful, but I felt throughout that Lauren was on our side. I don't know what I'd have done without her cheery professionalism, and she worked tirelessly on our behalf (even on her day off!). exceeding all expectations. to complete our purchase. GoogleOur assigned estate agent who was dealing with the purchase of a property left and nobody told us, I found out from an automatic reply via email saying she had left the company. From there we didn't have a specific estate agent we dealt with so we had no real point of contact - we had to chase most days but had rude responses such as 'are you aware the offer was accepted 5 months ago' yes I am very aware as I am the one living out of boxes waiting for my sale to complete
