GoogleThe place is sufficient with reliable equipments in and out. Throughout my stay, the maintenance service requested are also tended to on short notices, which is great.

GoogleOverall the staff were friendly but some issues that we reported at the start of the tenancy such as a broken fridge shelf which never got fixed and the showers seemed to break a lot.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleProbably the worst letting company I or any of my housemates have ever encountered. Terrible with replying to problem emails and fixing those problems. Complete disregard for the experience of the tenant or their circumstances (for instance in my case being a student).Whatever you do, avoid this company.

GoogleTerrible. This company treats students like they are idiots. How they can have possibly won awards is beyond me. A money making enterprise that scams poor students out of the little money they have, corrupt from the core.

When they issue your flat keys the cleaning standard is not excellent; however to receive your full deposit back they expect it to look better than before you went in?

GoogleAwful company. Thinks students are idiots. Try's to charge for cleaning, when properties aren't clean upon arrival. Tried to charge us for damage that was done before our tenancy started. Avoid at all costs.
