Amazing Team

Alexander Hudson Estates had our property on the market within 48 hours and sold within 2 weeks. The photographs were fantastic and the marketing strategy enabled us to accept an offer in excess of the asking price. They were also the agents for our onward purchase of our forever home. In respect of our sale and purchase we found Alex, Jenny and Jess to be friendly, approachable, honest and extremely helpful. Always just an email or phone call away to offer advice and support. Special mention to Jenny for going above and beyond in communicating with all solicitors and agents to keep things on track. Highly recommend.

Firstly Alexander discussed my needs and priced the property accordingly with a rationale as to why. The sales particulars were very well done with a floor plan and beautiful photos.After securing an offer Jenny was then indispensable in facilitating the progression of the sale. Several issues that arose were dealt with in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. I felt better knowing Jenny was in my corner. Perfect service from start to finish

Perfect service from start to finish. Would heartily (& have done already) recommend to anyone selling their house. Alex was very personable and gave clear, useful advice about the process, with no hard ‘sell’. Fantastic service from Alex and his colleague. We were looking to relocate to the area and Alex was very professional and knew his stuff and was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. He was very efficient at getting us a lot of viewings at such short notice. Very poor experience dealing with Alexander Hudson. Viewed a property, paid holding deposit and filled out tenancy application form. We were then told on the phone that we had secured the property. 24 hrs later we were told we did not have the property and were not offered any form of apology. We had cancelled all other viewings as we believed we had the property. Then emailed a week later as the other tenants had fell through. Unfortunately too late at this point.

Would not recommend. We sold our house with Alexander Hudson. It started off well with Emma coming to meet us and telling us about the company. We decided to go with them after a good sales pitch. Soon after Ben became our contact. He wasn’t great and seemed like he didn’t have a clue. We put in a complaint and someone else took over. When we eventually did accept an offer, Ben rang us saying someone wants to view our house. I said we’ve accepted an offer and his response was ‘have you?’. They still took 1% of the sale which I don’t agree with and no apology. Would not use them again.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience with Alexander Hudson Estates, in particular Ema one of their senior negotiators who was incredibly helpful and charismatic. Despite our initial offer being unsuccessful on the first house we viewed, Ema and the team went above and beyond to assist us. They promptly presented us with a range of appealing alternative properties that matched our preferences. Their dedication and support eventually led us to find the perfect fit on the second house we viewed with them, and our offer was accepted. Despite their customers being the sellers, their willingness to go the extra mile, even though we were not their primary customers, speaks volumes about their commitment to client satisfaction. Five stars are absolutely well-deserved for their exceptional service! They will mostly definitely be the estate agents we choose in the future and would recommend to both buyers and sellers.
