Hi Isaac, you have left a two star Google review but not explained any reason as to why such a low rating. I am keen to discover and discuss why you may have experienced less than our usual five star service? Please may you email myself direct - RyanCheetham@bjbmail.com so we can discuss how we may have not met your expectations. Many thanks, Ryan Cheetham ~ Residential Sales Branch Manager at BJB Newcastle
