If you can avoid renting through BJB

If you can avoid renting through BJB, then do so. The worst company I have ever known for ‘customer service’! I reported a faulty shower and it took over 10 telephone calls & 12 months to get fixed. Then I had a problem with the gas hob as two burners had stopped working….11 months later and only after I reported a gas leak did they finally arrange for an electrician to come out and replace it. Most recently, my sink has started leaking and flooded my kitchen and the shower rail no longer keeps the shower head in place….reported 5 months ago and again when they advised my rent was going up, but still nothing! If I could give zero stars I would have. BJB - up your game and either sack the ‘property managers’ that don’t manage properties or train them in customer service and best practice!

Despite their busy schedules, they always find a way to accommodate last-minute requests and provide detailed insights into the properties, covering everything from known issues to projected rental yields and end value after refurb. Their level of engagement is unparalleled, most other agents provide access to the property and leave you to it. Kerry Davies, Ryan, and Kristianne Edmondson have been very insightful in helping me understand the intricacies of the auction process and the broader real estate market. They take the time to explain key concepts like guide prices and reserve prices, making the entire auction experience clear and accessible. I now attend their auctions regularly to stay abreast of market fluctuations, and I always come away with valuable insights. Had Ryan out for a valuation, originally meant to be an hour, but ended up being two hours. His bright and bubbly confident nature alongside his expertise in sales is what kept the conversation flowing, as well as taking a great interest in the history of the property since our ownership. Ryan gave his opinion on the valuation and in depth plan of action for how a potential sale would look. We’re Yet to make a decision but Ryan certainly left a great impression.

Now we are in the process of court procedures due to the landlord ignoring us and disappearing. No help from butters john bee whatsoever.
