I understand that you are frustrated - but we are unable to guarantee a viewing with less than 24 hours notice. FacebookAbsolutely terrible place. Very unfair and extremely unprofessional. Do not ever take a tenancy out with these. Apparently they are very well known for not returning deposit by lying about property they have inspected after tenant has moved out, obviously we didn't know this untill it happened to my family. My family have been truly upset by what Whitegates have done. Staff also are desperate for training on customer skills and communication skills. So dam rude and that includes the lady that is apparently the manager, just awful people.

Maybe they should vet the landlords as much as the tenant

GoogleAsked for a valuation on my house. Initial appointment cancelled on the day due to 'IT turnover'. Estate agent offered a desktop valuation. Following a complete renovation a valuation clearly needs to be carried out in person. Emailed to rebook and have never heard back. Appalling service, avoid.
