FacebookDisrespectful vial agent doesn’t even come close to their arrogant disrespectful to other people,listed buildings,conservation property,,they damage vandalised & treat others property with absolutely no respect for just a short term profits for them even if the process results in damaging historical listed buildings in conversation areas , they don’t care to turn a quick profit for the company 😡😡😡😡😡

GoogleBit of a joke that after I had to move out of a property I rented through them because the landlord wanted to sell, they required me to pay referencing fees again when it was under 6 months I had this done, if I wanted to rent through them again. However, renting through them went smoothly.

GoogleOne of the worst of the worst I have ever had the chance to come across. The most unprofessionally bunch I have ever seen. They treat everyone like garbage, with disrespect and total lack of fairness and honesty. If you're from abroad, you can expect being considered as a tenant ONLY for the most rubbish properties they have on the market. For the rest? You visited first? GoogleDo not use! Unprofessional and when help & support is required, you will be met with a hard nose attitude that sides with the landlord. Communication channels are closed, unresponsive and unhelpful.

GoogleWorst lettings agents out there. Avoid completely!!! Will charge you fees for services they dont actually provide. Move in/out service of which they do nothing. Was given an inventory and details for service providers never used at the property, readings that were made up an false. Move out inventory not provided an when asked about refused to send. So completely ripped off financially. Charge a fortune for "admin" fees which are a generic document with the date and name changed. Dont even get a physical copy for this cost. If you want this your told "print it yourself". Go in their "office" and you will get a great update of their night time activities and ignored completely. Rented numerous times and without doubt the worst agents. Plenty of professional ones out there who wont rip you off.

GoogleSo I rented a property about a year ago and everything was fine at first. Then things started going wrong for example the tap in the bathroom was leaking which was making the tiles come up on the floor. I contacted them and it took 6 months for them to sort it. Now I left the premises about a month ago and they tried to charge me rent until may however there is a loophole. They were quite helpfull in finding me a way of leaving without massive fees so I thought that was good. Now they have told me that they have taken £90 out of my deposit for a TOILET SEAT they have done this without telling me how much they were going to take. The funny thing is i spent quite a large amount of money on the house but that just gets ignored. I will never go with this company again because it's not worth the hassle!!

Googleavoid this company like the plague , staff are rude , dont care about the tennants , only care about the money and how much they can make , customers service skills are zilch , i have rented my house 4 years each year they increase the rent , yet the houses either side with 2 different letting agents havent had an increase , they sent me a teanacy renewal and guess what increased the rent , so i have asked to go on a periodic tennacy with 1 month notice as the house next door is coming for rent at £50 a month cheaper than the same house im renting and the other company staff couldnt be more helpfull when i phoned them and told them i will have it

Googlebeen in my rental property for 8 years 8 months , 8 years 2 months of that was with reality estates until martin and co brought them out they said everything will stay the same now i have just gone to renew my contract 6months £60 or 12months £90 i asked whats the difference in the contract the answer the date so £30 extra for a date ?? a date that as to be typed in weather its 6 or 12 months with reality it was £60 6 or 12 months same contract , well i get paid monthly and with reality i could take my contract in and say i dont get paid till this date can i give you my money then yes not a problem , with martin and co no you cant a to let sign will go up and we will advertise the property please note you have 2 months notice so my contract runs out in 9 days but i have 9 days notice when i can pay the £90 in 7 days , ? well i have borrowed the £60 as now i only want the 6 months contract which will give me time to save up to get a rental property with another agent , which will be 9years in a house i love , but the service and the way this company is i just want to get out now , use them if you wish but there is other agents out there much better , this company just think everyone is beneath them , and landlords i would go elsewhere if you want happy tenants , this company just thinks its tenants are something of there shoe
