Our experience with Mann Estate Agents has been exceptional from start to finish, thanks to the incredible team we worked with Josh, Chris, Richard, and Rhiannon. Each of them brought knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care to every step of the journey. Rhiannon was fantastic at showing us properties and finding options that genuinely matched our needs. She listened carefully to what we were looking for, took everything into consideration, and never once pressured us into anything. Her approach made the viewing process enjoyable and stress free. Richard, our mortgage adviser via Countrywide, made what could have been the most overwhelming part of buying a home feel simple and manageable. He explained everything clearly, in terms we could understand, and removed so much of the stress from the financial side of things. No question was too much, Richard helped us and always went above and beyond to help. Josh consistently went above and beyond. He didn’t just support us he exceeded every expectation. He took so much of the pressure out of buying and moving house, and dealing with a difficult chain like a super hero, always staying ahead of potential issues, and making sure we felt informed and supported throughout. He would chase solicitors for us and getting a completion date fixed into the diary as this was the hardest part as no one would agree a date, but with Josh’s help we got it over the line. Chris was equally impressive. His knowledge and understanding during the solicitor stage and the House valuation process were invaluable. He explained everything clearly including different selling methods, applied no pressure to move forward before we were ready, and demonstrated a level of expertise that gave us real confidence, this is why after having two valuations on the house by different estate agents we decided to go with Mann and C, we are so glade we did. Overall, the team showed genuine understanding, patience, and consideration at every stage. They made the entire process smoother, clearer, and far less stressful than we ever expected, even though it was at times hard to see the end of the process we are glad to be completing and moving into our forever home . We’re incredibly grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend Mann Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or move home. Thank you all so much! A&K

EXCELLENT !! ++ The Manager, Chris is very enthusiastic and does everything he can to get things done. He has helped us buy a few houses over the last 20 years. This month (January 26) he sold a house for us and the whole experience was so effective. His team got lots of viewings and we were constantly kept informed. Chris guided us with the offers and pursued the sale to the end. His advice and knowledge took the stress out of the process. The house was sold quickly and we can't thank Mann Totton enough. Refuse scott from knightswood

Everything was fine until we had mould start to grow in our bedroom and bathroom. I called the estate agent who then sent the most arrogant unprofessional bully from a company called Knightswood, his name was Scott (REFUSE THIS PERSON SHOULD HE COME TO YOU) he tried to just paint over the mould with some old Wikes paint he got from the van. I asked him if the mould should be cleaned first but got told no, the paint he's using kills the mould and paints it in one. On the tub it just said wikes wall and ceilings. I googled it and it says nothing about mould treatment. I challenged him again and he got very angry and told me to get him a sponge and water and he'll wipe it away. I was very scared and got him what he asked for. Although I know this too would not work I was too scared to challenge him. I was glad when he left and will never ask mann to send someone again.

Exemplary Customer Service!

I predominantly dealt with Morgan at Mann estate agents whilst searching for a property. I cannot praise her highly enough. Out of all the estate agents I have dealt with over the years (there have been many) she is by far and away one of the most thoughtful and thorough. She went over and above to find properties that suited our needs or that could be turned into what we required. Although we didnt buy a house through Mann Countrywide, Morgan has been on hand to support us through buying a house via modern auction and to act as a sounding board for an impartial opinion on the process.

As a Tenant I've rented a few houses in my time and I have to say it's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Mann Estate Agents. I was blown away by how quick & efficient the whole process was from the moment of finding the right house in the right location on the Web to actually being accepted by the landlord, to completing the checking & accepting process, to moving in. The staff were on hand to answer all my questions and so very helpful. The big Estate agent companies can learn so very much in how to do it properly from Mann Estate Agents and the Totton branch in Southampton are so friendly, cheerful & helpful. I totally recommend the Totton staff and Mann Estate Agents in general.

Recently we bought an house with this agency. A terrible experience. They hid from us that the previous owners had a dog. The agent told us that they had a cat. There was a plug-in air freshener. So, during visits, we didn't smell it. We moved in few weeks ago. Slowly the smell has come out. The carpets smell terribly and we need to change them (we tried everything but the smell doesn't go away). I informed the agent that I wanted to send a trusted gas/electric engineer to inspect the systems and the agent insinuated that he could tamper with them... Furthermore, zero empathy. I wrote to the agent about our intention of exchanging at a later date (my fiancé had a delicate surgery) and the agent accused me to do this "for the sake of it". Like we were playing games...Zero professionalism. Buying house is a stressful experience but with them it's a nightmare. Stay away from this agency. Zero honesty, zero empathy, zero support. The worst of the worst.

Charged me a fully managed Service but…

Charged me a fully managed Service but couldnt fulfill the service as had no keys to my property, charged my 10% when it should have been 7%...refunded me after complaint, never visited my property, visited after complaint but never recieved a report. Left them after 1 year had to pay another year upfront as you need to stay with them for 24 months minimum. So ultimately, i paid double for a Tenant find service. Live and learn!

Didn’t turn up for the viewing! Left standing outside with broken leg.

Absolutely unacceptable, my poor mother travelled all the way in an uber with a broken foot, to get a call last minute saying oh sorry I was unaware I had a viewing I’ll be there in 10 mins, my mum stood outside the property to get a call later saying they can’t make it so she was waiting outside with a broken foot and wasted her money on Ubers there and back. Rubbish estate agency.. the cheek to make excuses saying they are very busy, we are all busy! It’s your job!
