Austin Wyatt Winchester came round my property without asking and let themselves in. When’inspecting’ they take many photos and videos of my possessions, excessive, like 20 pictures per room. 2 x 2h viewings conducted whilst I was living there. Confirmed by Josh, the ‘manager’ my house was ‘as it was 12m ago’ then claim for a load of lies. The manager broke data protection by discussing the previous Tennant with me as there was a dispute, funnily enough. Renting is bad enough, if you have to do it avoid these lot.

A nice friendly lot of staff but lack the ability to return calls/queries, not returning messages that I had to chase them and didn't recognise me when I entered the office even after 3 months of dealing with them. When I informed them that 2 kitchen appliances weren't in the new property I moved into and it had been agreed via email that they would be, they weren't bothered and didn't enquire as to why. I felt disappointed with their customer service to be honest.

My house had been on the market with another agency but due to a lack of viewings and communication I asked Austin & Wyatt in Totton to take over the sale and I'm so pleased that I did. The difference was amazing, from the professional photographs and video. the process of showing the house to suitable potential buyers followed by feedback on each viewing, to Russell dealing with both solicitors very proactively. After our aunt passed away! The family home had sadly come to market . After being in our family since the 1930's . Havin had numerous estate agents round etc we decided on Russell's expertise to take away the stress of selling our home not only very quickly! Never ever again

We rented with Austin&Wyatt Bournemouth, great at first couldnt do more for us. However over months our home became covered in mould and damp. No fault of ours! Bit Austin&Wyatt and countrywide and our landlord didnt want to know. We in the end had to go to the council, in return we had a load of abuse from our landlord and our 4 year old was scared to be at home and never wanted to go home. What made it even worse is we had to get rid of a lot of our belongings when we moved due to the mould that had got to it. We have now had to start again. Honestly the worst experience of my life. And with my child and trying to keep them healthy too. Oh and the 1 star id actually give it 0!

Fantastic service, support and advice from Adam and the team. They sold my aunts flat so much quicker than I expected and we're extremely proactive. Recommend the conveyancer too who were prompt, professional and just took the pain of being a Power of Attorney away. This was our first time buying and it definitely was not at all as stressful as our friends and family had found it previously. I believe that is all due to our mortgage advisor, Nicole Jones. Throughout the whole process, even when we had a couple of small blips, Nicole was always available for us to ask questions to, or to ask for information on the next steps. We could not thank Nicole enough for not only doing her job, but going above and beyond to ensure that we secured the property that we loved (even if that meant restarting/amending applications or making contact with various people) as well as making sure everyone involved was meeting their specific time frames and had all the up to date information. My fiancée and I had decided to sell our two houses and get one between us. We saw one on the Totton Austin and Wyatt website, arranged a viewing and knew straight away it was the one we wanted. At that point our houses were not on the market. Russell came round to value ours and get them on to the market and he said they that he had every confidence that we would sell both of ours and we would get the house we wanted. Within a week I accepted an offer on mine and not long after my fiancée accepted and offer on hers. Our offer was accepted on the house we wanted and we now complete today 20 September. True to their word Russell and the team made it happen. We can’t speak highly enough of the team at Austin and Wyatt as they have all been brilliant Russell, Matthew and Ryan. We have been kept informed all the way throughout with regular contact from the team. Always willing to help, answer any questions and have a real can do attitude to make what is obviously a stressful process as smooth as possible. As an example we got to the office at 5:30 on a Friday evening and Russell made time for us not leaving till gone 7 to talk us through some points to ensure we were happy. At the same time we met with Sue the countrywide consultant to deal with our mortgage. Sue was brilliant right from the first meeting talking us through each step, patiently taking us through the applications and finding the best and right mortgage for us. Again nothing was too much trouble for Sue always willing to go that extra step to speak to the mortgage company and us. What we noticed as well was the true professionalism in that although based in the same office Sue was representing us on the financial side and Russell and the team on the house sales and purchase each with their own remit and that was totally respected and never jeopardised. In terms of solicitors we used the countrywide ones for both sales and the purchase. With use of the on line portal and again through the great communication we had one lawyer for the three transactions and this worked fantastically. Whilst we have no intention of moving ourselves for the foreseeable future we would have no hesitation using the Totton Austin and Wyatt, Countrywide consultant and Countrywide solicitors again and would recommend them to anyone. Finally a big thank you to Russell, Sue, Matthew and Ryan who were all involved and made it happen.
