A sales & letting agent that delivered on every part you would expect and want them to do, but this rarely actually happens. Maddison and the whole office did everything they said they would from the first viewing to the day we completed. As usual with moving, it wasn't as straight forward as it could have been, but the communication between solicitors, NFDC & vendors on every item that needed some attention was perfectly dealt with. Sarah and Maddison and others in the office have been excellent. When I call they always know exactly what is happening and where things are at. Buying and selling property is extremely stressful but they are very reassuring and super helpful. Always offering to go the extra mile, letting us have a number of viewings. Even buying flowers once the sale was agreed, how thoughtful. Cant fault their professionalism, expertise and support throughout the process. Nick, Richard and Louise have been amazing. Each of them has assisted me from the start of my journey, to where I am now. As a first time tenant they explained the whole process step by step, answered any questions I had, liaised with the landlady on my behalf and always had time for me. Nick worked with my timescales which was of immense help and made my life so much easier. I cannot recommend them enough for their guidance, communication and ‘can do’ attitude, if one was on leave the others were up to date on events which is both professional and heartening. Austin and Wyatt go above and beyond on their customer service - my 90 year old father has recently sold his house through them and they have been superb, regularly coming round to help him with paperwork and being very understanding about having 4+ calls a day from us to get updates. Before we went with Austin and Wyatt we went with Purple Bricks - we got one viewing in 3 months. Total waste of money. Within one week of signing with Austin and Wyatt we had several viewings because they proactively found potential buyers. We dealt mostly with Michael and sometimes Greg, and they were both endlessly supportive and patient - so thank you both very much :-)
