The viewings with Millie were professional and the agency stuck to our wishes to communicate mainly via email (something other agencies tend to not understand). Starkings & Watson recently helped sell my home on Queens Hills. I was presented with a great market analysis in my first meeting with Chris as he displayed a comparison of properties in the local area which gave me a great insight into what I could expect, they’d really done their homework and this was before my business was confirmed. Starkings and Watson then organised the pictures which were done to the highest quality and even a virtual tour allowing potential buyers to get a real taste of the property. Samual and his team in the Costessey office then took over and dealt with the marketing and viewings. The team were incredibly professional and communicated with me throughout this part of the sale. Nothing was to much trouble. Once I had agreed a sale I was passed over to Will who again was very professional and kept a constant line of communication between both sets of solicitors and the buyers. I couldn't fault this company at all. I dealt with the Costessey office who were all very knowledgeable. First was a meeting with David (he valued the property) who gave sound advice and told us what to expect. The property was put on the market promptly and I was then in contact with Sam who gave regular updates and offered guidance when needed. Once the property had an offer I received regular updates from Natalie on the sales progression team. The whole team was very efficient always returned calls promptly, were attentive and knew what they were talking about. Wow! We had found a house we loved and not even had our house on the market. Monday we had an offer accepted on our dream home (also sold by Starkings and Watson) by Wednesday the photographer was in ( it would have been Tuesday but I was at work), by Thursday it was on the market, by Friday morning we had a viewing booked and it was sold at 2pm that Friday afternoon. Natalie was a great go between for us driving hard for the completion date. She and the whole team from beginning to end were all very helpful, polite and supportive. Having not ever sold and purchased a house before, no question was a silly question. I would recommend Starkings and Watson - especially my photographer ... Mr Starkings himself.
