GoogleI'm editing my existing review after our successful sale with them. I can confirm the great service they provide. Not only they were able to find a buyer and secure an offer in a very short time but they also provided a top notch communication and service during the period leading to contact exchange. This was absolutely important given how stressful this period can be and they were really effective in chasing solicitors to give an up to date picture of the chain progression. I want to thank in particular Sarah Short for her efforts during the period leading to the exchange of contracts. But also Sam and his sales team were amazing. Absolutely recommended

Absolute first rate service from initial valuation of our house, managing (a sometimes tumultuous!) sales process, through to a successful completion. Ours was far from a straightforward sale due to a number of odd covenants in out title deed. However, Toby didn't miss a beat in helping us to navigate these complexities. Heartily recommended.

GoogleWe had a great experience viewing a house with Starkings and Watson. After sending an email to arrange a viewing the office were quick to contact us and get that booked in. Millie was excellent, we didn't feel rushed as she showed us around the house and she took time to explain more details about the house and answer our questions. Millie and the other members of the team that we spoke with were friendly and professional, we would highly recommend the Costessey branch.

GoogleS&W helped with the sale of my grandparents bungalow. The team were great, they got the property on the market quickly and provided me with regularly updates. When the sale stalled S&W pushed it through when the solicitors were doing the bare minimum. A particular shout out to Sarah who was fantastic throughout!

GoogleWe are so glad we went with Toby and the team, they really went above and beyond to ensure a successful sale. Toby was more than an agent, he was the consummate negotiator having to get a deal done as well with our difficult neighbours which allowed the sale to progress. They priced correctly and found us the right buyer quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the Mid Sussex area.
