I just wanted to give a shoutout to Pippy Proger, the real estate agent who helped us buy our new apartment. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! One thing that really stood out to me was how prompt she was - every time we had a question or concern, she was right there to help us out.And the process itself was incredibly smooth. Buying a new apartment can be stressful, but Pippy made everything feel easy and straightforward. She was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns that we had, which made the whole experience much more pleasant.Overall, I would highly recommend Pippy to anyone who's looking for a top-notch real estate agent. This company is amazing especially Mark Lawlor. They sold my house quickly and efficiently. It was really easy to catch Mark on the phone for any queries. He did a great job in getting the best price for my house whilst having great integrity by giving transparent information both to me and to the buyers. He guided me and provided excellent advice from start to finish. I give Sherry Fitzgerald 5 stars and will definitely use them in the future. They are a little dearer than other companies but it's worth it for a seamless service. I got a valuation from another company for the same house and they valued it €105k lower than what Sherry Fitzgerald valued it at and obtained so Sherry Fitzgeralds valuations are more accurate.

We sold a house in Galway with Sherry Fitz. I really regret choosing them. We did had some bad luck. The agent had an illness mid way the sale and then another agent had to sell it who'd no interest as, our property was small. But also, their process is to only do viewings twice a week. If people couldn't make those viewings they wouldn't show them the house. It definitely didn't show the house to all those who might have been interested. The second agent didn't follow up with several people who'd shown interest, despite me asking if she did. Over all, there far better agents in Galway who are flexible and will do more work to show your house. Before you sell, contact a few agents as if you are buying and see how easy the make it to view a house etc. Wish I'd done that.

Hi,I would like to sincerely thank Eoin Mallon and Julian Cotter of the Castleknock branch of Sherry Fitzgerald, for their first class customer focussed service, in executing the recent sale of our house.Julian inspected our house two months, prior to placing it on the market and gave us advice on how we could make changes to improve the sale price. Ultimately, Julian’s advice proved to be invaluable and resulted in a far greater price for our house. Both Eoin and Julian were able to focus our decision making process entirely and took all the stress out of the whole selling process. Unfortunately, over the last 25 years we have had poor experience with two different auctioneers in Castleknock. Catherine was honest and to the point concerning all dealings and although that particular property didn't work out I was assured that the right one would turn up, and it did. Catherine was available to take a call or returned a what's app message promptly. I was always made aware of what was happening and expected timelines which gave a welcomed security to the unknown day to day unraveling of the sale.
