Our journey to buy a home began about a year ago, and along the way we met several agents. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Paddy Henen from Sherry FitzGerald, and from the very beginning he stood out. Paddy has been extremely helpful, supportive, and easy to communicate with. Whenever we asked for assistance, he took care of it promptly and without hesitation. Before we received the keys, we asked to view the property a couple of times to help us prepare for our move, and Paddy was always happy to arrange it and offer guidance. Even after we had paid the booking deposit, we spotted another listing on Daft and asked if we could view it. Paddy was more than happy to show us that property as well, which we greatly appreciated. He is genuinely a very kind and professional person, and his approach reflects so well on his agency. As an investor,developer and home owner I am hugely impressed by Liz Ryan of Sherry Fitzgerald's Phibsborough branch. I am more knowledgeable than most about the property market so can speak with experience and say that she is one of the best agents in the city. Liz is honest, professional, incisive, informative and empathic. She has a great knowledge of the Dublin 7 market. She offers no false hopes in order to get the business and is spot on in her predictions. She appeals to both buyers and sellers. As a seller I am impressed at how well she relates to buyers, always keeping all bidders on board, as often the highest bidder may pull out. When it happened in my case Liz assured me in her calm manner that it wasn't going to be an issue. I was especially impressed by the sensitivity Liz showed in selling the family home after my mother's death. Liz has handled two sales for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending her highly.

Horrible experience renting with them

Horrible experience renting with them. I visited the apartment that had faulty balcony door, which they said would be fixed before I move in. It was not fixed, the house was extremely dirty with food residue in the fridge, many light bulbs not working (they fixed it after a week). Right now, more than 2 weeks after moving in, the balcony door is still not fixed. I’ll never rent with them again.

Long-Term Tenants - Excellent Service

We were tenants of a Sherry Fitz property for almost 7 years, and were always happy with how they handled our inquiries.
