GoogleI was a tenant of one of the properties which they were managing and this is my experience: They never are in your side if you are a tenant. If you value your money and you time never choose them because will be disappointed as I did.

After a price has been agreed by the Vendor, it is unacceptable to allow further viewings to take place. This together with the greed of individuals has resulted in a flashback to the bad old days. GoogleRang to enquire about a property to let as I was on a very tight deadline and needed somewhere asap. Ross advised me that there was a different property to my initial enquiry which would be more suited to me. Arranged a viewing that day and he was right. Great property, speed of getting documents sent over to me and liasing with the landlord was seamless. Absolutely delighted with the service provided from Ross and can’t praise him enough. I must add that prior to that I had been ringing different Peter Alan’s in the area and had received no help in my desperate search for a house.

GoogleAVOID. Had a brilliant agent helping us through the moving process, even though it was almost impossible to get anything sorted with this company. Once we got in to the property, they immediately began ignoring us. The flat was in absolutely shocking condition, but apparently that was up to us and not their problem. With other complaints, they kept telling us complaints were being chased up, landlord had been contacted, and someone would be out to look at it. We came to find out that no one had been contacted in the first place. Although outlined in the contract, they blamed all issues in the building on residents and tried to deny responsibility. Thankfully we had an amazing landlord to help out instead of this company. Please avoid at all costs if you want to live smoothly and want a company that helps out like they agreed to in the contract.

GoogleWe had a series of house-viewings with several different estate agencies. Peter Alan's agent Summer Cavanagh gave such a good house-viewing that I thought it deserved recognition. Me and my partner are first time buyers. At every other viewing, the agents opened up and stood well clear while we looked through. Summer greeted us with friendly enthusiasm, despite what must have been a tiring week through the heatwave. She stood back while we looked round, but as I spoke with her afterwards, she engaged in conversation and gave some more information on the property. Summer showed more of her personality that helped us feel at ease. This was by far our most pleasant experience. You know they must be a good agent if the house-viewing experience is the best regardless of which house we preferred.

GoogleKim Wilkes in rentals is absolutely amazing! I must have spoken to every single estate agent in Swansea on my journey to finding a rental and not one comes half as close as Kim in Perter Allen. She has helped me no end and has always been there when I have had any questions. Everybody’s position is different and unlike all other estate agents, Kim truly cares and wants to help people find a property. She is extremely down to earth and doesn’t give you any bullS**t, like others do. I hope that the Directors of Peter Allen see my review as I’m sure everyone else would agree, she is an absolute credit to the company. Kim Wilkes makes the rental department in Neath. GoogleRight from the start I have been in constant contact with Kim from Peter Alan, Neath. They as a whole have been very fast replying to any questions I have as well as explaining the process to me. The property I am interested in is of a very high standard and they have made sure all the correct legal 'boxes' have been ticked before letting it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent/buy as the service they have given to myself is second to none. I'm not the only one sending high reviews as talking with others I now know are renting through Peter Alan have all said very similar if not the same as I have just said. Simon (branch manager) delivered everything that he promised and is very friendly and professional. If you are ever considering but are unsure about auctioning your home and not selling it in the traditional sense Peter Alan and Diane at All Wales Auction will guide you through the entire process and will be with you every step of the way. GooglePeter Alan helped me get my house let really quickly. Cath and David's professional advice was invaluable. From informing me of all the legal requirements such as registering myself and the house with rent smart wales to organising the gas safety certificate and advising on landlord insurance considerations. They built a great relationship with my new tenant and helped iron out any misconceptions that occurred on both sides sensitively and professionally. I would definitely recommend their services.
