Buyers and sellers beware. First viewing with Peter Alan neath was terrible. We were left to roam alone and had no questions answered. We were pushed into making an offer the next day which was a Friday and told that that we needed to make a final offer... despite being told in the same call that more viewings were taking place over the weekend. I was assured that Peter Alan would call me on Monday which was supposedly now the true final offer day. I made it clear to call myself and not my partner due to her health conditions. I received a call from Peter Alan in the morning during working hours to collect the same information that was collected on Friday about my buying position. I was once again told I would be contacted for my final offer later on and once again I requested that I be contacted as the stress may make my partner's health conditions worse. Low and behold, Peter Alan tried to contact my partner and pressure sold her into giving a final offer. She refused and told them to call me directly as discussed previously. I did not receive any calls even though I had my phone with me all day to be ready. 20 minutes later, she received an email saying that the buyer has accepted another offer. I think Peter Alan should brush up on the FCA rules which they are bound by. Treating customers fairly... That's a no. Pressure selling, definitely broke that rule. A complete disregard for vulnerable customers... I could go on. Simply put, if you're selling... You won't get the best price as they are too keen to get any sale. If you're buying, beware of all the lies and get ready for them to waste your time with repeated questions about your buying position without the chance to put in an offer within a reasonable timeframe. Thanks for wasting my time!

I was a customer of this company for 5 years, I can say that after being able to rent everything becomes a problem. They do not answer calls and phone calls, if we need something they ask to call the Cardiff central who never know what is really going on, I spent 7 months without a fire alarm, two months without heating. When you try to go to the agency to talk to the people who work there, always different people, they never know what they are talking about. You never have concrete answers, you are always on the side of the landlord, even if you have proof that you are right. Worst experience I had especially when returning the deposit, they never even returned the person proving and contesting the facts. We listed a house with Peter Alan in February 2020. Then lockdown happened! After lockdown I was contacted by one of the Peter Alan team to inform me that they now had a new way of selling houses, through an auction agency called 'I am sold' Peter Alan informed me that this was the best way to sell out property and that he could guarantee us well over market value, we agreed to this process and he put us in contact with I am sold. Since going with this company we have been lied to numerous times, told that house prices have gone down since lockdown (checked with our solicitor and 3 other estate agents who told us this was lies). All because they were trying to sell the house to the same man who had offered us asking price before lockdown and was now trying to get the house for £20k less. I was absolutely furious, contacted Peter Alan who told me it was nothing to do with them but got the contract with I am sold cancelled anyway. We have now decided to go with a different estate agent as we have completely lost trust in Peter alan. Today I have asked Peter Alan if they would reimburse the money we paid for photographs of the house as a goodwill gesture, was told no as it's nothing to do with Peter Alan!!! I am absolutely fuming, no customer service skills whatsoever. Beware when looking to sell a property, as its looks like they will try and get a properties value down as much as possible, just to sell to developers they work with on a regular basis!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Asked them to do the checkout for existing tenant and paid over £100 only to discover that the property had not been fully checked and photographed when the new tenant moved in. So now the document is worthless. Have complained but got a an inaccurate response which I replied to not heard from them since. AVOIDNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
