I recently moved into a property with Cheshire Lamont and I can't fault it at all, the service provided throughout was excellent, they were quick at responses, getting references done was so quick and easy, they worked well with the dates to move in and worked out perfect, when I went to pick up the keys all the staff members present were so lovely and so helpful with giving the information needed etc. Can't recommend Cheshire Lamont enough 10/10 service 😊 very happy with the flat I rent.

Over the past 14 years we have rented property all over the world. Finding the right property is difficult enough but having the right lettings company handle your specific requirements is paramount. In all our experiences, Cheshire Lamont have raised the bar to a new level. The service, from first viewing to answering email queries to moving in has been outstanding ! Nadine, Mandy and the rest of the team - thank you so much! Nothing has been touch much trouble I dont normally write reviews but I felt in this case there was a definite need to let other potential tenants know how professional this company is ! Without question I have no hesitation in recommending them !

Cheshire Lamont are a great company and a great lettings agency. My husband and I have rented through Cheshire Lamont ( formerly Temple's) since 2012 and currently searching for a new property with them. Any problems if and when they occur are dealt with courteously and efficiently. Alex and Nadine are excellent as are the rest of the team. When each tenancy has commenced everything went according to plan. Owned my rental houses for 10 years now and use Cheshire Lamont for advertising them and to find good quality tenants. Void periods are usually a minimum and delighted to say I have never lost a single month's rent to a bad tenant or suffered anything more than regular wear and tear on a house. I also appreciate the advice they give me in keeping up to date on local market trends and in helping me evaluate potential further house purchases.

All the dealings I have had with Cheshire Lamont as a landlord are entirely positive. From a thorough property check and discussion process courtesy of Alex and Emma, through to monthly updates from Nadine, the whole team make renting out properties effortless. The staff at Temples from including to Scott Willams who managed my letting and was particularly supportive and communicative during my search for a tenant, have displayed an efficient, professional and personable level of service, which regardless of the industry is always appreciated but not always forthcoming. Taking time to proactively communicate with me on feeding back and assessing prospective tenants in a bid to find the right individuals was a process which engendered a sense of being a team working together rather than an agent merely attempting to tick a box or fulfill a quota. Overall I had a positive experience. The property manager was very professional and in a couple of instances walked the extra mile. The only thing I did not like about the process was the fact that you are asked to use external internet companies to sign documents and contract... personally I like me of a face to face approach for this kind of things.
