GoogleI started working as a contractor for Cheshire Lamont a year ago and compared to other agents they have been a joy to work for. Everyone in the office is very friendly and it is an easy and productive working relationship. They have online management systems which makes job management very easy and simple meaning that I have all of the details required and can contact tenants easily. We have great communication and all of the staff are very professional making my job easier and also meaning that we can resolve any issues for tenants quickly and efficiently. I look forward to working with them for many years to come.

GoogleWe rented a property managed by Cheshire Lamont for over 2 years and found them to be efficient, fair, and always professional in all our dealings. The property wasn't without it's minor issues but they were always dealt with swiftly and by reputable tradesmen. When it came to leave it was smooth and our deposit returned without hesitation. GoogleIf you ever want to use a letting agent be advised they are shocking .julie Mountford from Nantwich rather would email than talk and the communication is awful.i feel sick to the stomach about temples sleepless nights.trying to charge us for things that were ours in the first place .eg cooker that was ours sold to the new tenants when they moved in . They wanted to charge us for cleaning it £100 which was already cleaned . They are a joke!!like wolves waiting in the woods Be warned !!!!!

GoogleWe are actually looking for an accomodation in Crewe area, booked an appointment a few days ago for today 23.02.2019, 11am with Cheshire Lamont Crewe, to view a 2 bed detached bungalow on Rope Lane, Wistaston. We drove 3 hours from Peterborough, we were 5 minutes before 11am near the bungalow when Andrew called the viewing is not any more possible. I let you people decide how to further relay on this letting agency. Thank you.

Dear Barna, We are saddened to hear that your experience of Cheshire Lamont Lettings had not been a more positive one. When a property is tenanted, we are solely reliant on a tenant to allow access for viewings. Unfortunately on this occasion, the tenant had approached us shortly before the viewing to advise that access on this day was no longer convenient. We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and wouldn't cancel an appointment at short notice under normal circumstances. Scott was very helpful in showing the properties and answering any questions and Nadine was great at organising the application and move date. Can't fault them, unlike others I had dealings with. Stick with Temples and you can't go far wrong.

GoogleThis is my first experience of Cheshire Lamont as far as letting is concerned, I have been a landlord for over 15 years now, and I will definitely be using them again. Very responsive and professional from the off and throughout the company. I knew Alex anyway but found Ben and Nadine really easy to deal with, and really helpful. My property was advertised and let within 2 weeks of me confirming the availability. They provide a comprehensive service but are happy to help with any part of your let.
