I got the keys to my flat on the 3rd of November 2023. I can honestly say it wouldn’t have happened without the dedication of Ellie at Butters John Bee Nantwich. I had an absolutely terrible time with my solicitors and Ellie honestly was a light in the dark. Not only did she chase the solicitors at one point daily but she was always there with an update between me and the seller. The team was so friendly and although I’m not looking to sell any time soon, I would wholeheartedly recommend them. I even got a lovely box of goodies when I got the keys.

We arranged to view a property with the Wolverhampton branch and was shown around by Luke. We then submitted the application for the property and was kept informed throughout the process. Elisha was very polite (as was Luke) at all times, kept us informed and also on the next steps. If you can avoid renting through BJB

If you can avoid renting through BJB, then do so. The worst company I have ever known for ‘customer service’! I reported a faulty shower and it took over 10 telephone calls & 12 months to get fixed. Then I had a problem with the gas hob as two burners had stopped working….11 months later and only after I reported a gas leak did they finally arrange for an electrician to come out and replace it. Most recently, my sink has started leaking and flooded my kitchen and the shower rail no longer keeps the shower head in place….reported 5 months ago and again when they advised my rent was going up, but still nothing! If I could give zero stars I would have. BJB - up your game and either sack the ‘property managers’ that don’t manage properties or train them in customer service and best practice!

We rented off a landlord who sold through these and we have tried to get in touch with them after leaving England. Now we are in the process of court procedures due to the landlord ignoring us and disappearing. No help from butters john bee whatsoever. Noone buy no 34 wroxeter way sirchley as you'll be deeply upset with how you'll be left with it

Really helpful, professional and understanding!!!

Newcastle under Lyme BJB were so helpful when we were trying to find a new house to rent. Lydia was especially helpful and patient with us even though it was over Christmas and we were having some issues with the previous house. Fantastic letting service received from Rebekka who has worked exceptionally hard to ensure that our rental payments are paid on time by the tenant after I transferred the letting management from another Estate Agents in arrears with a bad paying tenant. Rubbish communications

This company needs to 'up' its communications. I emailed the Hanley (Staffordshire) branch, no reply. So I rang a number I found after an online search for the Hanley office and got their head office (I think) in Colchester! The dialling code was correct for the Hanley area, so this is highly deceiving. I wanted to speak to Hanley. How can anyone in Colchester know about what's going on in Hanley? The person who took my call was pleasant and said she would contact Hanley and that I should also email again too so that they could connect the two messages. The two stars are for the fact that I did actually get to speak to someone albeit the wrong person. I did email again and got no reply. Get your communications sorted BJB, you aren't making a good impression.
