Been trying to get a house in telford…

Been trying to get a house in telford to rent, and was honest to the best of our ability and knowledge. We was rejected for the house and was told there keeping the holding deposit for misleading information, we have evidence to to prove we had no knowledge of the issue via emails and family members as verbal witnesses. I'd like to point out that this should be made illegal and they shouldn't be able to do this. Not now we have a pandemic and money is tight for everyone. We are now out of pocket for for £138. That they will keep for themselves. We was told we had to pay unordered to continue with with application. Why would we pay that then lie? Who is that silly? We want our money back!

During the pandemic of covid 19

During a pandemic of the covid 19 virus and myself being a key worker I am so greatful to the staff at Butters John Bee in the Crewe branch specifically Corrie for making the application and move in to my and my sons future home a success. There was never any question to small an issue to big. Your constant reassurance and positive attitude made all of this possible. Even though we could not meet face to face the time and effort you put in speaking and explaining things to me via phone and email was amazing. I just can not thank you enough! You gave me and my son a home in which I can watch him grow....I am forever grateful to you Corrie and the team. I look forward to any contact we may have.

I've recently purchased a BTL property in Wolverhampton and contacted various letting agents to see who I'd like to manage the property. After speaking to Elisha at BJB, I was very impressed with her professional and friendly advice. Her communication is great and always returns my calls, unlike other letting agents I've worked with. When Elisha wasn't available, Luke was always happy to help. BJB was quick at marketing my property and are doing all they can to let it in these uncertain times during the U.K lockdown. I have recently used Butters John Bee’s letting agency after being with another agency for nearly 4 months without them getting me a tenant. After 3 days with Butters John Bee they have found me a tenant! Charlotte Foden has been dealing with my property and I can’t praise her enough. She has kept me informed of all viewings and provided feedback after each viewing. She has also answered any questions I have and even though the office is shut due to the COvID-19 lockdown, Charlotte is still working hard on getting the let completed whilst working from home. I am very impressed and can’t recommend BJB and Charlotte enough!

We recently marketed a property with Butters John Bee in Winsford and found the team, particularly Lauren and Kathy who we dealt with in the main, to be extremely helpful. As we didn't live at the property, and worked full time, not only did they fit all necessary appointments around us but also took care of all the viewings, ensured all necessary information was to hand for the interested parties, and gave great feedback on all viewings. Great Property Manager!

Many thanks to Danielle Thompson BJB property Manager! As I am a Landlord not living in the UK I rely on a joined up service which is what I got last week when we had a leak that ruined the dining room laminate floor. Danielle helped me to coordinate the investigation into the leak and then sent a great contractor round to replace the floor - all in the space of a week. Danielle also made sure that we had feedback from the tenants who were thrilled with the service too! Peace of mind is what I need, and I got it!

Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time. Extremely rude staff that try to talk over you and belittle you. Have no control over their own tenants and don't want to know unless your a paying customer. Which were the actual words used by one jumped up member of staff that I had the misfortune of talking to. Do not go near them or you will seriously regret it. I am now off to report them to watchdog. Well done Butters John Bee. Another unsatisfied customer!

When buying our property the staff were could only do their their best .Recommended solicitors Talbots of Wolverhampton were in my opinion were poor .Did nt seem to know what was going on from one day to another .Seemed a lot of its all in hand .Things were kept from us people dropping out of sale in the chain therefore extending time of moving .Butters jon bee lettings had rented property for two years .Property was a disgrace nothing seemed to have been maintained .Told us everything was ok when they saw it last and would nt move on that .All work had to be done by ourselves they just did nt want to know .So thanks for nothing.

Where do I start

Where do I start, I had my house on the market with 2 leading estate agencies for well over 7 months. Nothing, a few couples came around in that time but no offers. I continuously asked why it was so quite, all they ever said was that they were working hard to find a buyer. In the end I decided to take it off the market with both of them. I then spoke to Amit Nayee from Butters John Bee right from the start Amit gave me confidence that he and the staff at BJB would work tirelessly on my behalf to secure a buyer. First was the photos Amit took of my house, they were brilliant. I couldn't have asked for any better, and compared to the ones the other agencies took no comparison. They were a talking point with a couple of the viewers who came around, Amit's artistic licence taking them proved a hit with everyone. The listing went live on Saturday, on Monday I had 2 viewings on Tuesday two further viewings and a few more for later that week. But by the end of Tuesday I had 2 offers and accepted one. House sold stc in 3 days, to say I was happy would be an understatement. Amit and the team at BJB deserve the 5 stars I would have given them more if I could. So I would advise anyone who wants to sell there home use BJB you won't be disappointed.

Can’t fault my experience

I can’t fault my experience with Butters John Bee. Michael saw us through the whole process and made something that could have been stressful so easy. He was always easy to contact with any questions, and kept us updated with any changes etc so thank you Michael for helping us get into our perfect home! We viewed the property and signed the contract inside of a week, and I can’t speak highly enough of the tracking app that butters John bee use it meant we could log on and see where we were up to at any time. After being messed about by DBRoberts who made me wait a week to go and view the property and then cancelled my viewing as I was in my way to the property.I went to Butters John Bee who were so helpful and friendly. I spoke to Hayley who got me a viewing the next day. In the space of a week and a half i’d Viewed it, fell in love and was moved in. As this is the first time moving out they couldn’t have been more helpful, Sean dealt with all the checks and the back and forth phone calls and he explained everything to me step by step and encouraged me to call if I had any questions.
