GoogleFrom day one, the whole Peter Joy team were so incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Clare was just brilliant; guiding, supporting, chasing and updating all parties. It often felt that she was keeping it all on track. I'm extremely grateful I chose to use Peter Joy through what was a challenging journey. I would absolutely recommend them.

FacebookIf you are looking for an estate agent who will sell your house in an efficient and professional manner, look no further than Peter Joy in Nailsworth. I really can't recommend them enough. We first became familiar with Philippa and her team when buying our first house in Horsley. When coming to sell 4 years on, there was only 1 agent we wanted to talk to. So we have experienced them on both sides. Throughout the process of selling, Peter Joy worked tirelessly to generate viewings to promote our house in its best light. But best of all and most importantly, they were always on the end of the phone or email to help and exceptionally approachable. Philippa you have a fantastic team but special thanks to Clare! FacebookWe used Peter Joy in 2009 when we sold our house. Excellent service then, so had no hesitation in choosing them to sell my mother’s bungalow. I would have no reluctance in recommending them. They have made the process seamless, working tirelessly in the background. Making sure everyone met their obligations and chivvying along languorous solicitors to ensure the completion date was achieved. Thank you for your efficiency and good humour which made the whole process relatively stress free.

We recently (July - October 2023) purchased a house that was listed though Peter Joy and our experience with the Peter Joy team, mostly Clare and Jake, has been nothing short of exceptional. For various reasons we didn’t get to see the property before we bought it, nevertheless the PJ team went out of their way to make things easy for us, with clear, timely communications, video calls from the property and great recommendations for all the service providers needed throughout the purchasing process.
