My emails are being ignored. In life problems accur how you chose to deal with them shows your character. Avoiding contact when there is a problem is not the answer. Stress is being caused because you are not updating us what is going on and what actions you are trying to take to amend any problems caused by yourselfs lack of timely manner. Can't see the point of your service! You literally do nothing!

It is now six months since we moved, following a very stressful process, and now the dust has settled I just wanted to write something about Peter Joy Estate Agents. Peter Joy were our agents, and did a fantastic job in presenting and selling our property. Jake, who we primarily dealt with was professional, personable and his communication was excellent, and this can be said of all of the staff members we dealt with. During the process there were numerous sticking points, all of which were a source of stress as is to be expected. However, Jake was always on hand to deal with anything that came up, including me having the occasional rant to him (always about others involved in the chain!). We spoke regularly on the phone and he constantly kept us updated as to how things were proceeding. He also worked tirelessly to chase and push the other agents in the chain. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Peter Joy Estate Agents, because from our experience they are head and shoulders above the rest.

We have had the house sale from hell - no fault of Peter joy at all - just very unlucky with chains collapsing several times further down. It meant a lot of stress however we never once considered going with another agent. Big thank you to Jake - he always called us and always had good updates/chased all the relevant agents well. All the staff are polite and professional but a special mention to Clare who supported us with kindness and consideration throughout.
