GoogleAll members of staff at Peter Joy were friendly and professional. They produced a very high standard sales brochure, using a professional photographer, which ensured I had plenty of viewings. They were very good at keeping me updated with the progress of the viewings and subsequent sale. Their knowledge of the local housing market is second to none. I very highly recommend them.

GoogleSimply the best estate agent around. Uncanny ability to foresee issues and problems and willing to do the ground work to resolve them and make the sale proceed. Worth getting several valuations, but negotiate your asking price and go with Peter Joy in Nailsworth. Highly recommended.

They really drove the whole process through, despite the apathy of the other estate agents and solicitors and were instrumental in ensuring exchange took place. We discussed the sale of our property with 3 estate agents and selected Peter Joy based on their local knowledge, experience, honest appraisal and frank approach. They didn't promise anything they couldn't deliver and indeed delivered on their promises. All the staff were very professional and kept us well informed of the process. Would definitely use them again.
