It is lovely of you to take the time to post a review, especially given the working hours that you keep. We all hope that you are enjoying your fabulous new home and you are all well and have settled in nicely, new house new baby, the order that they arrive is not so important in the grand scheme.

Dear Mr Barnett, We have checked back through our voicemail messages to find when your call (s) were made. They are digital and all archived so we can go back months and years. We did find a couple of calls from a Mr Barnett but there was no number left to call back. Our telepohone system of the time only allowed us to scroll back 25 calls so we werent able to trace you and we hoped you would call again. We are sorry you only gave us a 3* review but if there is anything we can still help with please email us at info@hbe.co.uk and we repsond even today. We were very sorry to read this review as we have no record of having interacted with you as a buyer, seller, landlord or tenant. Given that there were a number of bogus reviews posted when a now closed competitor rebranded, we are concerned about any poor review.
