FacebookWhen we first approached DC Lane to rent a property from one of their landlords, everyone was so professional and friendly. A year on and our opinion has definitely changed. I didn’t realise there was a difference between “Managed by” and “Let by”. Well our property was a “Managed by” property which essentially meant once all paperwork was signed and keys handed over, they didn’t want to know. The flat itself was outdated and the windows were single glazed and horrendous. The communication with the landlord was near impossible and the deposit was “Held by Landlord” instead of put into a deposit protection scheme which lead to being EXTREMELY difficult to even get our deposit back. After texting the landlord every day for seven days, we FINALLY got our deposit back. I just felt completely unsupported by DC Lane and did send a lengthy email addressing the issues I had experienced with their landlord and didn’t even receive a acknowledgment of this. Myself and my partner are now looking to buy a house but safe to say we will be looking at OTHER more helpful estate agents.

FacebookDClane are quite frankly superb, I have been in the property industry for 25yrs and seldom do you ever come across honest and friendly estate agents who do what they say and say what they do! I’ve been very impressed with all the staff at DClane they have been 100% transparent from day one and always delivered the best service to me and have worked like demons to sell my apartment and achieved a very healthy price ! I would not hesitate to recommend them as they are head and shoulders above the rest for standards, honestly , friendly and positive attitude and they are all very nice people and totally trustworthy . Forgot the rest DClane are a one stop shop for all your buying and selling needs they are simply the best! I wish Dan,Helen and all the DClane team the very best for their future and I for one will be using them again in the future , Awsome Guys !

FacebookI have been delighted with the services I have received from DC Lane . They have acted as Estate Agent for a property I am selling and during the whole process I was informed of what was happening . Even when the sale fell through after 6 months ( not their fault) they promptly put it back on the market and restarted the whole process . I cannot fault their commitment and professionalism keeping me fully informed throughout the whole process. They have also acted as letting agent for me and again the whole process was completed seamlessly even to the extent that they called me abroad several times to complete the rental process. We have reminded you a few times to start your dispute. Please do this as we would prefer your concerns to be addressed correctly and fairly.
