GoogleWe had a few valuations of our home before we decided to go with Michelle. We met many auctioneers however I found michelle to be the ‘exception to the rule’. Michelle offered us invaluable advice on how to get the best price for our home, she was professional and polite and available to us at every stage of the sale process. Michelle’s expertise matched us with the perfect purchaser and because of this the sale went through seemlessly for both parties involved. My solicitor actually commented she had never seen a sale go through so quickly especially at this time of year (Christmas!) I cannot recommend Michelle enough. Not only is she the best at what she does but she is also a lovely person to deal with and excellent in every aspect of her business. I would also like to add her secretary finola was a pleasure to deal with and always available to support and advise us.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThere are not enough 🌟to rate Michelle Burke Auctioneers.. Having met a few different Auctioneers to appraise my house, Michelle came out trumps!!Michelle is one of the most friendlist people you could meet who makes you feel relaxed knowing your in safe hands with her knowledge & Expertise..She gives an honest, truthful approach to your property and the price you hope to achieve.Michelle was always available to answer any of your queries or sit down over a cuppa to discuss your fears(We are in 1 of the worst Pandemics) and always left you feeling everything was going to work out right! We needn't have worried, it didnt stop Michelle or the lovely Fionnuala in the Office from doing the Trojan work to get cracking at handling the viewings and the brillant feedback we always received! After a few short weeks, we went sale agreed...This lady knows how much this means to us as a family & even Covid-19 didnt get in the way for Michelle to get the price that we got...Not even a pandemic stops Michelle from working harder for you!! I Highly recommend her, Ring her, have a chat, i promise you wont be disappointed!!Thanks Michelle xPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
