Well, where do i start with this lady, professional, punctual, on the ball, up to the minute with all the latest developments and quite obviously full of charm ( and wit ) as you would expect from a company vying to sell your property. Michelle came over as the person i would like most to sell my house after a few wrong turns ( I;ll leave it at that). She oozed confidence and ability, and i know what im talking about as i was in the game myself for over 25 years. Her energy and enthusiasm is infectious and she has a keen eye for what the market wants and is very honest in advising you what needs to be done to stage your home for viewings. Michelle's work ethic is truly impressive, even whilst abroad on holidays Michelle stayed very much connected to the bidding procees- which lead to our "sale agreed" from her poolside lounger! She's right, nobody works harder to sell your home. She keeps all sides moving to ensure it is a painless process for both the buyer and seller. We had tried to sell our house in Oran more with 4 or 5 Auctioneers with no joy. None of them put much effort in and either didn't get an offer, or lost buyers. A colleague recommended Michelle Burke and we never looked back. She had great advice on the way to present the house, excellent photos, and had two interested parties bidding against each other within a fortnight.
