Michelle Burke Auctioneer & Letting Agent Moycullen reviews

I had my family home up for sale with a large auctioneering firm in Galway City for almost two years. In that time I received two offers delivered through my solicitor, I never actually heard from the office itself. I made the decision to change to Michelle Burke and all I can say is thank god I did! It was like night and day, from the first meeting Michelle was honest and so professional. Every time the property was viewed I received an alert and got honest feedback throughout the process. Michelle sold the property within 4 months of listing with her and for 45k more than the other large company I spoke of. Michelle Burke is a consummate professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their property. You cannot go wrong with Michelle Burke!

What can be said about Michelle. She is such a lovely lady with the sellers and buyers best interests at heart. I have dealt a lot with Michelle over the past year and found her to be so professional in every step of the process. I have had Michelle sell two properties for me and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She kept in constant contact and was always honest in her assessments. I have dealt with other auctioneers in the past who weren't a patch on Michelle. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Michelle as she is without doubt the best in the business. Thank you for everything Michelle you are one of a kind. Aidan & Alisha

We dealt with Michelle in every way, since 2007, we bought from her, we sold a house through her office, we rented from her and lately we let an apartment through her office, she is the best in every way, she works hard, she works with passion, she will do her best to sell your house with the best price possible, she is very honest selling but still she can sell houses that are hard to sell. What can I say about Michelle, only that this lady will go above and beyond for you! This lady’s knowledge is second to none and she coached me each and every step through my mortgage and gave me the most amazing advice from day one. Only for Michelle I wouldn’t be in my home. I can honestly say I would choose her each and every time! So thank you Michelle and I will always sing your praise.

We bought our first home through Michelle Burke Auctioneers and couldn't be more satisfied with the process from start to finish. Michelle (and Sheila in the office) were constantly on hand, helping in anyway they could to expedite the closure in the most effective way possible. Michelle showed a fantastic level of care, professionalism and trustworthiness to us as Buyers. She has huge experience and knowledge of the property market in Galway and has excellent contacts across the real estate industry. I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. She has a great personality, is reliable and will go above and beyond to get things done. We look forward to working with Michelle and team again in the future. Thanks for everything!

Michelle helped us with a complicated sale involving probate. it's fair to say that without her meticulous and thorough support throughout, we would not have sold the property. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
