GoogleAs a non-resident former landlord, it was a challenge to both manage then sell a property. We were relieved that Michelle divested us of that burden! While managing our rental property, she professionally liaised with the tenants to ensure the asset was being kept in good condition and swiftly addressed any issues, using her own contractors when necessary. When we decided to sell, she worked tirelessly to ensure our asking price was appropriate for the market at the time and helped us with ad-hoc requests to enable us to close the sale quickly. Importantly, she is well-connected with solicitors and other realtors, something that is quite invaluable. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Michelle's property management and realtor services.

Her level of efficiency, accessibility, style and professionalism was evident from the start and continued throughout the entire process. Michelle is very positive and direct. Great sense of humour and has a huge wealth of experience. She loves what she does and it shows. It's a huge life event selling your house and Michelle really understands that and was there for us. Prior to the purchase, we had viewed many properties around Galway city. I can honestly say that Michelle went above and beyond for the vendor compared to any other viewings we attended- little touches like background music and scented candles really set the tone. She was extremely knowledgeable about the house and area, had clearly spent time researching this. Sent us contact details for local maintenance, gardener- before we had even formally bid on the house. She arranged for the house to be professionally staged and it looked fantastic.. FacebookWe viewed a house that Michelle was selling last week , she never got off the couch , she was scrolling on her phone , refused to give information regarding planning on site beside the house- she said no planning in at present - UNTRUE it’s clearly available - Ballyburke development- online we discovered afterwards . Suggested we ask Vendors Solicitor or engage an engineer - very very unhelpful despite stating her job was to “sell the house “ that’s all !!
Thank you for coming to see the property Darina. The property was available for open viewings & as I said clearly - I was available to answer any queries a viewer may have. I was unaware planning had been granted for the adjacent site & this is a fact. I suggest to any interested parties they need to do their own due diligence & employ an engineer to carry out a survey if they are interested in a property & would have a concern re any aspect of the property or its environs. I moved to Michelle from another agency as we weren’t getting any offers and after 6 weeks Michelle managed to close the sale at 12% more than my asking price. Day and Night she kept in contact with us and she is so easy to deal with its like she works 24 hrs. in the day. Michelle guided us on everything and her guidance and advice was excellent.
