FacebookWe had great service from iBay. We approached them 2 years ago and they advised us to hold out on our property a little longer to get maximum price so, we did and gained extra profit! They then sold our house for the full asking price within 48 hours too. We now own our forever home with most amazing views, thank you 😊

GoogleI imagine there is an equally ethical, professional, go above and beyond estate agent out there but I doubt there will be one better. Shout outs for Julie and Laura in the office; their knowledge and efficiency is superb. Such a pleasure to see old fashioned values incorporated into a fast-paced business.

GoogleUsed iBay to rent out my house. They advised it needed painting and then sorted that out to a high standard for a low cost and in a week had 2 applicants for the property. I received feedback and updates several times a week. They were very professional, helpful, personable and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe tried to buy a house listed with this agency, sadly it didn't work out for us but Laura at iBay was absolutely lovely, so helpful and understanding of our situation. Would happily sell my home with this agency based on how we were treated as buyers.
