GoogleThis is a very friendly Estate Agent. They know their market perfectly and price homes realistically. I have been kept up to date with every viewing and have appreciated them handling everything as I do not live near the house I was selling. Highly recommend ibay and would certainly use them again.

GoogleHighly recommended for its customer centred approach and I feel that they put us first rather than their commission unlike other companies. ibay Homes recommended a valuation for our property that was good and fair, together with competitive fees. We certainly got excellent value for our fees: numerous vuewings followed by 3 offers with fantastic negotiation to secure the asking price! After this , they kept in regular contact for updates and to support and to reassure. The sale would have gone through quickly but delayed by a slow Probate office but during this time staff went the extra mile by reassuring and managing expectations. Big thanks especially to Hayley Carter-Steele!
