GoogleI recently sold my house with iBay and I cannot recommend them enough. I had valuations from all local estate agents but I knew instantly I wanted to go with iBay for many reasons. I had also begun viewing properties that were on the market and every time I rung to enquire about a property without fail they answered the phone instantly so this also reassured me that if anybody was ringing to enquire about my property they were being answered to. I found with some estate agents that you can spend all day trying to get through to them and with the speed of the current market you can miss out on properties by the time you’ve got through. They sold our house in 3 weeks. I loved the whole team and their values which were always portrayed by them. A genuine and brilliant business and service throughout I will use them again in the future and wish their business all the best as they continue to thrive. Thank you all so much!

GoogleWhen looking for estate agents to sell my house in the summer, iBay were the only ones in the Lancaster area that I felt comfortable choosing. Paul was incredibly positive about my house, but down-to-earth and very far removed from the intense stereotype of Estate agents that, unfortunately, a lot of agents conform to. I was told to prepare to sell within two weeks - and after 12 days, I accepted an offer. iBay kept in contact with me throughout the three months from the offer being accepted to completion and I am so glad I chose this estate agents. This sale and our ongoing purchase (we also found our new home through them) has been a very long drawn out process and they have gone above and beyond to help us in everything we needed. The team there were brilliant and did everything they could to ensure a smooth transaction between ourselves and their client (the seller). All communications were prompt, friendly and professional. GoogleJust want to say what a fantastic job iBay have done in selling my father's house. They kept in touch with myself on a regular basis which helped enormously about viewings and feedback from these. They gave their opinion when it was asked for when negotiating offers given on the house. They got in touch with the buyers quickly whenever I had sent a message to ask about items for sale etc. Would fully recommend using iBay just first rate excellent service could not fault them.
