I've had a very lovely experience with Cluny's, lovely saff, very friendly & helpful with questions & issues. Fast replying to emails always happy to help however they can. My moving out process was a very pleasant one, i was given all the information i needed for leaving the property, everyone was very kind & helpful. Cluny's will be my first choice if i were to rent a property again.

Amazing experience

Cluny Estate Agents helped me to find my first place to live. They were always helpful, if I had any issues or questions they always got back to me the very same day. If there were any issues with the place I was renting (electricity, plumbing or any other problems) they always arranged help, never had to wait more than 1 day when I asked for help. Never had a problem with this company! We've rented two properties through them and would do so again in a heartbeat. We've bought our own home recently so renting is not a likely option for us again but we are so pleased with their conduct, level of service and professionalism that if we ever sell, we will be putting our house in their hands. A great team and trustworthy services

When I first approached in October 2020, Cluny's handled my enquiries very honestly in a situation where many others might have easily covered things up. I was touched by their honesty and became a client. It proved that it was very worthwhile and a right decision. Throughout of the time of being a client, I experienced their good and helpful services and reasonable handling of things. When I moved out recently in July, they did their best to be flexible with my uncertain situations, reasonably refunded my deposit and overpaid rent even after I had left Elgin!

Not a single bad thing to say!

I have been renting a Cluny's property for almost 4 years now and in that time I have always been met with smiles and good service! If there was ever a problem with anything in the flat, they were always quick to resolve the issue and happy to do so! I have heard horror stories about other letting agents, but I can safely say I never experienced anything like that with Cluny's! They have always been kind and friendly, any issue was resolved swiftly and without confrontation, and I was always spoken to with respect and understanding! It has been a genuine joy to live in one of their property's for so long!I do not have a single bad thing to say about any of the staff at Cluny's and I can not recommend them enough!

Bought our first home through Mya at the Elgin Branch and she took away any worries and stress we had. Her professionalism was second to none and really took time to understand what we were after. After finding out dream home she took the time to explain the whole process as due to being first time buyers it was a little daunting. Professional yet friendly

Having recently bought our home through Cluny I can wholeheartedly recommend them. A local family owned and run company offering both professionalism and a personal touch. Nothing was too much trouble for Mya, who liased with the vendors and organised for us to have the keys for a couple of hours in advance of the sale going through, which allowed us to measure up and have another look around. She also ensured that things went smoothly on the completion date.

Absolutely awful

Worst estate agents. Applied for a property, firstly when going into Cluny's itself the ladies in the office aren't very helpful and they make you feel like you're wasting their time and their too busy to help you. Just took our application and didn't even give an outline of time to hear back. Called them a week later, took 3 days before I could even speak to someone!! They said it's with the landlord and they will get back to us. To this day over a month later still haven't heard a single thing. Thankfully we went elsewhere and we're so happy we did as the company we have gone through is professional and so helpful. I feel sorry for anyone who rents through Cluny's. Poorly run business, unhelpful and rude staff and to be honest they have no care over their properties, they're filthy hence the cheap prices! The man who showed us around our properties was the worst, he was very rude and just said he had to go elsewhere whilst we were still looking. Stay away from this agency!
