The initial process was smooth and transparent, inventory detailed, and any issue we have raised has been dealt with in a quick, efficient and professional manner, so once again thank you because this has been the best estate agent we have worked with as tenants.

FacebookFrom start to finish of the sale of our house it has been such a great experience. Mya and her team have went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. From first meeting her she makes u feel very comfortable around her, like she’s known u for years. She’s very much a people person and always has a smile on her face and a positive outlook on everything. Normally moving is a very stressful time but Mya has always made me feel at ease..her help and advice has been invaluable to us and we can’t thank her enough for everything. Would very much highly recommend this family run business and I will def be using them again in the future.

My parents sold their house in Moray last month and the support from Mya at Cluny was outstanding throughout the process. She dealt exceptionally sensitively with my 90-year-old parents for whom it was a major change as they were selling their home of 50 years to move to SW England. Nothing was too much trouble for Mya and she promptly kept us up to date with any developments. Her willingness to speak at any time and address questions was exemplary. I recently sold our flat in Bristol and the Estate Agent was good but Mya and Cluny were truly excellent. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.

YellCluny Rentals - Great from start to finish!
From start to finish Cluny were great throughout. I rented a property for 3 years before moving out of the area last week, and throughout my tenancy the Cluny Rentals Team at Elgin were fantastic. Communication was excellent, and any issues with the property were swiftly dealt with. Regular servicing of appliances and notifications received for inspections given in plenty of time. Would recommend anyone looking for a property in the Moray area to check out their website.

I only have words of gratitude with Mr. Beck and all the team at Cluny Estate Agents. My family and I arrived to Scotland in 2018. Until we bought a house, we lived in different areas according to our activities. In two occasions we lived in homes as tenants. GoogleVery bad experience I viewed 3 to 4 properties with them but they are not letting us. Every time they giving a call and saying the landlord selected other tenants. Like what’s the point to let us view the property first. If they don’t want to rent the property to us .

I need of an urgent rental, I met Charlie at the property and loved the propery and way Charlie was with me he was very efficient and kind and it was a relief. FacebookI have been renting a Cluny's property for almost 4 years now and in that time I have always been met with smiles and good service! If there was ever a problem with anything in the flat, they were always quick to resolve the issue and happy to do so! I do not have a single bad thing to say about any of the staff at Cluny's! They have always been kind and friendly, any issue was resolved swiftly and without confrontation, and I was always spoken to with respect and understanding! It has been a genuine joy to live in one of their property's for so long and I can't recommend them enough!!

FacebookBought our first home through Mya at the Elgin Branch and she took away any worries and stress we had. Her professionalism was second to none and really took time to understand what we were after. After finding out dream home she took the time to explain the whole process as due to being first time buyers it was a little daunting. She was very quick with all communication, we had no issues and would highly recommend. Thanks for making the process for us so simple and enjoyable.
