These guys will fleece you. we have a second home we rent out and opted for manning stainton to manage it. all seemed ok at first. After a couple of years I noticed that the cost being giving to us for some of the annual maintenance of the property seeming a little high. so I decided to do my own research on the cost. and guess what... they were charging me almost double. what they never told me was there was "Manning Stainton" commission added to each invoice. long story short. we are in the process of getting rid of these crooks. please avoid, don't make the mistake we made.

Manning Stainton were the selling agents when we first moved to Leeds and bought our property here.When moving again, they seemed to have a good range of sensibly priced properties and, in comparison to others, honest photographs depicting the sizes of the rooms. (We turned up to many a house from some other agents and our expectations were dashed by the rooms/space being smaller than apparent in the photographs.)Overall, very happy with them as a buyer.
