Jack at Manning Guiseley as part of the sale has been great, as has Simone in the pre-sales phase. Good communication and really easy to deal with. Post sales moves out of the branch where they are less close to what's happening in branch, but still in weekly communication as part of post sales support.

Updated on progress every week. Made the whole experience of selling our home of 22 years a whole lot easier. Would strongly recommend using Manning Stainton. It was Joanne we dealt with most but all the staff answered any questions I had when I called.

Since March of this year, my rental property has been managed by a particular member of staff at Manning Stainton. His service to me has been truly first class, responding quickly to emails and liaising with all other contractors as necessary. The whole checkout procedure for my tenants was communicated clearly and efficiently and all my questions were answered with speed and comprehensively. The property management fee was real value for money while he was looking after me.
